London court dismisses bulk of Turkish contractor's claims against Ethiopia
Reporter says the London Court of International Arbitration has dismissed the bulk of Turkish contractor Yapi Merkezi's 979.9 million USD claim against Ethiopian Railway Corporation tied to the Awash-Weldiya railway project. The ruling sharply narrows Ethiopia's contingent liability on one of its largest infrastructure disputes.
