EU and Germany launch tax and customs project to boost private sector growth in Ethiopia

The EU and Germany launched a GIZ-implemented initiative to modernize Ethiopia's tax administration and customs management, unveiled at the EU-Ethiopia Business Forum on 21 April 2026. The program aims to support ongoing macroeconomic reforms and unlock private investment, trade and jobs.
