Ethiopia envisions Bishoftu mega-airport as Africa's Dubai or Doha: CNN

Ethiopian Airlines CEO Mesfin Tasew told CNN the planned 12.5-billion-USD Bishoftu International Airport aims to be for Africa what Dubai or Doha is for the Middle East, handling up to 60 million passengers annually at launch and scaling to 110 million. The Zaha Hadid-designed hub is targeted for completion in 2030.
