Ethiopia's finance minister urges rethink of global financial architecture

Finance Minister Ahmed Shide called for a fundamental rethinking of the global financial architecture at the Global Partnerships Conference in London, arguing institutions built for a more stable era cannot respond to interconnected climate, debt and supply-chain shocks.
