Council Approves Loan, Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements

Ethiopia's Council of Ministers approved €80M from the French Development Agency and €110M from the European Investment Bank for economic reforms and rural microfinance. The council also approved agreements for a urea fertilizer facility and cyber security infrastructure regulations.
