African banking revenues top 100bn USD as profits beat global average
African banking revenues have surpassed 100 billion USD for the first time, driven by strong profitability, digital growth and rising financial inclusion, according to a new McKinsey and Company report. The report noted that African banks delivered profitability above the global average.
